Surgeon: Dr. Jung Young-chun. Before surgery / After surgery. I had uneven buttocks, with sagging on one side and insufficient volume on the other. I thought I needed liposuction on the sagging side, so I had liposuction done a few years ago, but it didn't work, and the skin sagged again. I decided to have liposuction on my abdomen, waist, and inner thighs to extract a small amount of fat, which would then be grafted to my buttocks and pelvic area. I would also have a thread lift to lift the sagging buttock area. I had the surgery at the end of 2022, and it's been about 2 weeks now. After the surgery, the liposuction areas were very bruised and swollen. The hospital provided compression garments, which I have been wearing diligently because they help reduce swelling and prevent unevenness. The swelling has definitely gone down after a week, but some bruising still remains. Every time I look in the mirror, the line of my buttocks is so different from before that I keep looking at it after I shower. I had fat grafting, and although the engraftment rate is said to be 50-70% permanent, I plan to get buttock fillers in a month to add more volume if I feel it's lacking. I think that will make the line even prettier. I only knew about facial fillers, so it's amazing that there are buttock fillers too. I heard that buttock fillers are also done under twilight anesthesia, so I think I'll be able to get it comfortably.
