The major swelling seems to have gone down, but I can still feel the residual swelling when I touch it. The thick fat under my eyes is much cleaner, and the tear trough has also disappeared. However, I was told that the wrinkles on the outside of my eyes, which I thought were an extension of the tear trough, were created by muscle movement, so they cannot be covered with this procedure and require a separate Botox procedure.
