[Gangnam Unnie] 3-Month Review: Rhinoplasty + Alar Reduction 2020-08-31 hit.345 Dorsum Augmentation + Alar Reduction 3-Month Review Doctor: Dr. Kim Eung-sam Nickname: Kim Mira Before Surgery After Surgery I had double eyelid surgery at Hershe 10 years ago, and rhinoplasty at Mo Plastic Surgery in Yangjae. I used autologous cartilage, but the procedure was done wrong at the time, so my nose was crooked and my nostrils were asymmetrical for 10 years. This time, I decided to have revision surgery at Hershe and had a consultation. They recommended alar reduction, but I haven't seen any successful cases around me, so I asked them to reduce it only a little so that it wouldn't be too noticeable or awkward. The result is regretful... I think it would have looked more sophisticated if I had reduced it a little more. Now, my dorsum is higher and my nasal tip is alive, but no one notices that I had rhinoplasty because it's so natural. It would have been noticeable if I had reduced the alar a little more, but I have a small desire that it would have looked a little sharper and more sophisticated. But I'm still very satisfied. My asymmetrical nostrils are not perfectly corrected, but they have been corrected, and my dorsum is naturally higher. Hershe is the truth. The surgery is done under sleep anesthesia, so your life changes when you wake up after a short nap. Aftercare is important... I failed at this aftercare during my surgery 10 years ago, so I paid a lot of attention to it this time. I just did as they told me. The bruising is a bit scary, but you look like a person again after 1 week. If you endure that period, everything becomes natural after that. I have some loyalty to Hershe, which doesn't recommend excessive treatment and accurately identifies individual characteristics to provide customized surgery, so I didn't go to several places. Next time, I'm going to try lifting.
