I had under-eye fat removal surgery on February 13, 2020. The area under my eyes looked like dark circles, and the fat was protruding, making me look older, so I wanted to get lower blepharoplasty. However, after a consultation, they said that fat removal alone would be enough, so I only had fat removal. This surgery wasn't painful, and it didn't leave any scars, so it was good to get it done. Other than some swelling for a few days after the surgery, there were no other symptoms. It looked natural after a week, and now there's no protruding fat, and I'm satisfied.
