When I first went for a consultation, they recommended the procedures that I needed. I liked that they didn't recommend anything excessive and only suggested what was necessary. I think I had the surgery without worrying about side effects because of that, and when I had questions after the surgery, they were very helpful in answering them kindly via KakaoTalk.
I was very nervous on the day of the surgery, but the director and doctor calmed me down with their gentle voices, so I was able to finish the surgery well despite being scared. They didn't demand anything excessive, and I felt a lot of trust because there was CCTV in the operating room, so I recommended them to my friends.
I was happy to receive kind guidance even after the surgery, just like on the day of the consultation.
