Procedure: Double Eyelid Surgery (Incision, Ptosis Correction), Under-Eye Fat Removal Surgeons: Dr. Kim Joo-bong, Dr. Kim Eung-sam Before Surgery After Surgery Double Eyelid (Incision, Ptosis Correction): Dr. Kim Joo-bong Under-Eye Fat Removal: Dr. Kim Eung-sam I looked into 3 clinics, and although it was a bit expensive, I chose this one because the consultant and Dr. Kim Joo-bong were very kind and I trusted them! (After the consultation, Dr. Kim Eung-sam recommended under-eye fat removal, so I ended up having surgery with both of them!) As they explained, the swelling was worst on days 2 and 3 after surgery, and on days 4 and 5, it turned into yellow bruising. All the bruising gradually disappeared after a week (but the swelling is still there). I had a little bit of bloody tears in the morning on days 5 and 6, but I wasn't surprised because they told me in advance that there might be some blood after the under-eye fat removal when I went to get my stitches removed. (The after photos are immediately after surgery and 1 week after surgery.)
