[Gangnam Unnie] Breast Augmentation (BellaGel, 1 Month Post-Op) - 2nd Review by dorodoro. Posted on Gangnam Unnie app by a patient who had surgery at Hush Plastic Surgery. Date: 2018-11-21, Hits: 1,583.Procedure: Breast Augmentation, 1 Month Post-Op (Axillary Incision, BellaGel, 300cc).Surgeon: Dr. Kim Eung-sam.Hello. It's been over a month since my surgery, so I'm leaving an additional review~My specs before surgery: Underbust 68cm, Height 155cm, Weight 45kgSurgery Date (Left): 43 days excluding the day of surgeryImplant: BellaGel High 300cc on both sides, Axillary IncisionHospital: Hush Plastic Surgery located in Cheongdam Intersection (Dr. Kim Eung-sam)* For reference, please refer to my previous review for the criteria I used to research and choose the hospital~Before SurgeryAfter SurgeryIt's been a little over a month since my surgery, and although it's a short period, it felt like a very long time to me personally. As you can see in my previous review, I went to work 2 days after surgery and have been working normally ever since. I think it felt longer because I went back to work right after surgery.Personally, I want to tell anyone who is considering breast augmentation that breast augmentation is a major surgery!! Most hospitals perform breast augmentation under general anesthesia, not just sleep anesthesia. Before surgery, I saw so many reviews on the internet saying that it doesn't hurt at all, it's over when you wake up, you can go shopping and walk around for a few hours right after surgery, etc...I took this breast augmentation lightly... Haha... I'm such an idiot now that I think about it. I'm writing this in case there's anyone who thinks like me after only seeing reviews that say it doesn't hurt. Unless you already have some breast tissue, it seems like it hurts if you're thin and flat-chested like me.Of course, the intensity of the pain and the individual's tolerance (?) will vary from person to person. However, based on my personal experience after surgery and searching through plastic surgery cafes for over a month... Most breast augmentations hurt!! Actually, it's strange if it doesn't hurt when you forcibly open up a space where there's nothing, put a large foreign object like an implant in it, and then close it... And most of all, I had general anesthesia for the first time in my life, and the aftereffects of general anesthesia were difficult. I had severe nausea/vomiting on the day of surgery, and then I kept getting sleepy and my body was swollen for 1-2 weeks. Of course, everything will return to normal over time, so don't worry.Because it's such a big surgery, be sure to go to a safe place with good aftercare!! I took it too lightly and scheduled the surgery date without waiting for a day off. As a result, I went to work on the 2nd day after surgery, excluding the day of surgery, and worked while sweating profusely. I'm an office worker, so it was okay, and I even caught a cold and felt like I had body aches~Every time I felt my body condition improve dramatically after 5 days, 7 days, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks after surgery, I thought, 'I should have taken at least one day off like an idiot.' Of course, if there are people who have to go to work right after surgery like me, it's possible~ However, I personally recommend resting a bit after surgery! Your condition improves so much with just one day of difference. The rest is in my previous review, so I'll skip it...What I've felt a lot during the month or so after surgery is that before surgery, I researched a lot about the hospital, the doctor's experience, the surgical method, the suture method, etc.
