Improved Both Nose and Eyes with Rhinoplasty!!!! (Photos Included!) 2017-09-26 hit.823 The first photo is the before picture.... I didn't think my nose was ugly, but I thought my nasal bridge was a little low. People around me said I had a smiling eye when I smiled, but when I wasn't smiling, I didn't like my sleepy eyes, so I wanted to get surgery on my eyes and nasal bridge. And as you can see, my nasolabial folds are almost like a third underground tunnel... But I didn't want to lose my smiling eye, and in my case, the doctor determined that I would need to get a thick double eyelid fold to prevent it from loosening, so I only had rhinoplasty first. They used Gore-Tex to augment the nasal bridge, ear cartilage to refine the nasal tip, and I also had a paranasal augmentation. Paranasal augmentation is a procedure where Gore-Tex is inserted into sunken areas with little fat, like mine, to add volume!!! There's almost no swelling!! Super fast recovery! LTE! I'm very satisfied... The second photo is the front view, and the third photo is the side view. I'm so satisfied!!
