fat transfer to boobs - wanted a natural option

Didn't want implants but wanted bigger boobs. Fat transfer seemed like the best of both worlds - take fat from where I don't want it, put it where I do.

They liposuctioned my stomach and thighs and injected that fat into my boobs. Took about 3 hours total. The lipo sites actually hurt more than my boobs afterward which I didn't expect.

Here's the real talk on fat transfer: you can't go huge. I went up about 1 cup size, from a B to a full C. If you want to go from A to DD this isn't for you - you need implants.

Also not all the fat survives. My doc warned me about 30-40% gets reabsorbed. So for the first month I looked bigger than my final result. A bit disappointing when they shrunk but I knew it was coming.

Now at 4 months they're stable. Soft and natural because it's literally just my own fat. The bonus is my stomach and thighs are slimmer from the lipo part. Two birds one stone.

Would I do it again? Yeah probably. Just with realistic expectations. It's not a huge transformation but if you want a modest natural increase it's great.
