I decided to go with DA because I wanted to have surgery for my rhinitis and do it at the same place. I had cosmetic rhinoplasty once before, but nothing changed at all, so I was worried that it would be the same this time. But I'm glad I finally decided to do it. The hump on my nose is gone, and most of all, I was annoyed by my severe rhinitis every change of season, but now it's easier to breathe and there doesn't seem to be any recurrence.
