I had surgery with Mentor Xtra implants last year and I'm exactly 6 months post-op, and I'm so, so satisfied! I went to a lot of consultations, but DA was the most thorough and the one I liked the most, so I decided to have surgery there. To be honest, I saved up for breast surgery by not buying things and not eating (?) so I really wanted it to be successful, so I asked a lot of questions. The director, as well as the consultant, explained everything so well, like ChatGPT, and that was the best part. Other places only looked at me for a minute...? two minutes...? and then quickly left, so it was basically a consultation with the consultant... DA has a very structured management schedule, and the consultant kept checking on me even after the surgery, which was convenient! I was a little surprised because I heard that big hospitals just leave you alone after surgery, but it felt more systematic here. After a few months, the texture has recovered a lot, so I'm living without any discomfort these days! Originally, not only was the size of my breasts a problem, but the shape itself was really ugly... I wondered if this could even be corrected, but the cleavage shape is really natural and I love it. Oh, I had the surgery through an inframammary incision!
