I was worried because my nose was short compared to my face, my nostrils were visible, and my nostrils flared when I smiled, so I only got Botox on my nasal tip every day, but I had rhinoplasty for the first time. When I removed the filler, my nasal bridge was lower than I thought, so I had augmentation rhinoplasty, and because my nose was so small, cartilage was essential, but I decided on autologous cartilage because allografts have many side effects. I was told my nasal bridge was bigger than I thought, so I also had osteotomy + correction of short nose and alar reduction. The swelling went down quickly and there are almost no scars, but to be honest, I don't know if this nose shape suits my face ㅎㅎㅎ It feels like only my nose has become too fancy... Ah, I'll have to wait and see because the definite appearance will come out after 6 months.
