I had my first rhinoplasty at Very Good Plastic Surgery! I was worried about my bulbous nose, drooping nasal tip when I smiled, and low nasal bridge, but the doctor reflected these concerns as much as possible and created a line that suits my face. I used autologous rib cartilage for the nasal tip, so there was some pain, but I didn't feel much discomfort in the nose area.
