This is a revision blepharoplasty. I had a double eyelid surgery with incision, incisional ptosis correction, and medial epicanthoplasty. I mentioned that my left eye seemed to be loosening, so they performed a slight medial epicanthoplasty and fat repositioning on the left eye because it lacked fat. I usually don't have forehead wrinkles because I consciously avoid raising my eyebrows to open my eyes. The doctor noticed this immediately and performed ptosis correction to allow me to open my eyes wide without using my forehead muscles. I'm quite timid but try not to show it, and they were able to pick up on my tension and discomfort during the surgery and made me feel comfortable. Also, I had no bruising immediately after the surgery, and I continued to have no bruising. I was so surprised that there was no swelling immediately after the surgery. There was a slight amount the next day, but even with incisional ptosis correction and medial epicanthoplasty, the lack of swelling made aftercare very easy. A month after the surgery, I happily traveled by plane, and no one around me realized I had surgery. They just sensed that something was different. Dr. Son is truly meticulous, provides excellent care, and is quick to pick up on things. He even came during my rest period after the surgery to personally check on my icing and paid great attention to my aftercare.
