I had revision blepharoplasty and incisional ptosis correction last October, and now I have beautiful and natural eyes, except for the incision line that is visible when I close my eyes. It was my third surgery, and I had to restore eyes that had loosened after previous buried suture and partial incision procedures, so I put a lot of thought into choosing a hospital. Reason for choosing this hospital: I was very satisfied with the consultation. I visited several hospitals before coming to Very Good, but none of them explained things as thoroughly as they did here. I had negative thoughts about ptosis correction, but they explained why it was necessary and showed me various double eyelid lines, explaining the surgical method and the future progress in detail. I had surgery with Dr. Son, and I was very satisfied because he meticulously checked everything from the consultation to the follow-up. Day of surgery: I had surgery in the morning, and the surgery took over 3 hours. Usually, an incision with ptosis correction would take about 1.5 hours, but it took longer because it was my third surgery and a revision incision. I felt that eyes may seem like a simple thing, but it is definitely not a simple surgery. I think I bled a lot that day due to my constitution. Aftercare: They emphasized practicing opening my eyes immediately after the surgery. Those who have ptosis correction should practice opening their eyes for almost three months. I can open my eyes really well now, but it was so difficult at the time ㅠㅠ. But I thought I did well to endure it after seeing my enlarged eyes. First, they removed the stitches after a week and sequentially monitored the progress. I think I went to the hospital about 5 times. The aftercare was so meticulous that I even thought the hospital where I had surgery before was strange. Don't worry about aftercare and be sure to have it done by Dr. Son. Overall: I think it's a really good place from consultation to aftercare.
