3-week review. I had my first rhinoplasty at Very Good Plastic Surgery, and I had silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip! The swelling went down significantly from the 2nd week, so it looks natural like my own nose! From the 1st week, there was no swelling and it wasn't uncomfortable enough to prevent me from going about my daily life, which was great.
