Everything was great except for the stuffy nose!

These are before and after photos from 17 days post-op. I used to be self-conscious about my blunt nose, but I'm completely satisfied with the surgery! I wanted a lot of improvement in the shape of my nose, but I didn't want a high bridge, so I had rhinoplasty focused on the tip, and the bridge was raised naturally to match! The rhinoplasty is so natural and pretty that people don't even realize I had surgery! And I heard that rhinoplasty is very painful, but I just woke up and it was over.
