My first rhinoplasty was a great success. I had a bridge, tip, and hump reduction. I always had a complex about my low, bulbous nose, but my nose is now noticeably higher without being too obvious, so I'm very satisfied ^_^. Rather than getting lower as the swelling goes down, it's becoming more natural, so I think I made the right choice getting the surgery.
