I had it done with incision, and I also had lateral canthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and infraorbital fat repositioning! The most satisfying thing is the lower canthoplasty and infraorbital fat repositioning. I was always busy drawing the triangle zone and I had filler injected because of the under-eye fat, but it would disappear in a few weeks. Now it's so, so pretty.
