• Reason for deciding on surgery
Before the surgery, my nose wasn't low, but the bridge and tip of my nose didn't have a natural, feminine line. My impression looked strong, and the bridge of my nose looked slightly crooked, making the asymmetry more noticeable. Although it wasn't severe, the bridge of my nose was slightly higher than the tip, so it looked like I had a slight hump, which made me self-conscious, so I decided to have surgery. • Reason for choosing this hospital
I didn't have much time, so I researched on the Gangnam Unnie app, made a list of hospitals, and visited 3 places in one day. I went to ㅇㅇㅌ and ㄱㄹㅂ, and Berry Good was the last one. I had already paid a deposit at another place before coming to Berry Good, but before the consultation started, they took a CT scan first and kept bringing me drinks and snacks while I waited. The consultant was also very kind, which was nice, lol. The consultation took a little while, but the director listened to my opinions well and showed me a simulation of the post-surgery appearance using a tablet. He also consulted with me while looking at the CT scan, which made me think it was more professional and trustworthy, so I decided to do it here.
• Day of surgery
I arrived at 2:30 PM, and the surgery was scheduled for 3:30 PM. I changed clothes, washed my face, and waited, but the previous surgery ended late, so I didn't go into surgery until almost 6 PM. They let me wait in the recovery room so I could rest comfortably, so I laid down and used my phone. It was boring, but I thought that the director wasn't doing surgeries like he was stamping them out on a schedule, but was paying attention to each one, so the previous surgery must have taken a long time. I just waited happily. However, it was hard because I had to fast for too long ㅠㅠ. I finalized the design with the director and went into the operating room. They covered me with a blanket because I might be cold, but the anesthesiologist came and just put a respirator in my mouth without saying anything and told me to breathe. I felt a little weird ㅠㅠ. But I'm sure I didn't breathe more than a few times, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room, lol. I slept for 3 hours straight after the surgery.... I listened to the explanation, got my medication, and didn't have much pain, so I bought Gong Cha on the 2nd floor, ate jelly, and went home by car. I took the medication I got at home, and I felt a slight throbbing in the early morning, so I took a Tylenol and slept in the massage chair.
• After surgery
The pain was just a throbbing feeling for the first 1-2 days, and I hardly felt any pain. I was worried because I heard that nose surgery is painful, but it wasn't at all...? I guess it's because the director did a good job? I went to the hospital on the second day to remove the cotton, and the swelling started slightly from the second day. It wasn't severe, but I felt like I looked a little like Kwak Han-gu..? lol. I also looked like an Avatar. I didn't do cold compresses or pumpkin juice diligently, and I just sat in the massage chair at almost 90 degrees and took a 30-minute walk every evening for about a week! As a result, there was almost no major swelling when I went to remove the external sutures, and only a slight swelling remained on the tip and bridge of my nose. It's been 2 weeks now, and there's almost no swelling? None at all? • The photos are in the order of before surgery - 2 weeks after surgery - 1 week after surgery. I wanted a straight line but didn't want the tip of my nose to be raised like a beoseon (Korean traditional sock). I asked for it to be natural, and the director listened and said that because of my profession, a line that is somewhat defined would look good on screen, so I just
