Before Surgery After Surgery My mom's lower blepharoplasty turned out so well, so I'm posting a review. It's been a little over a month since she had the surgery. Before the surgery, she was very stressed and constantly worried about the sagging and protruding fat under her eyes, but now she's very satisfied with the results and says she's going to get double eyelid surgery too lol. She's also very satisfied because she has aegyo sal (under-eye fat) that she didn't have before. It's a shame that the pictures don't capture the real thing.
