I had it on April 4th, and I thought I would have to get an incision because I had a lot of eye fat, but they said I could get a non-incisional procedure. So, I got non-incisional + natural adhesion in-out with removal of fat from the eyelids. The doctor said that the line would get thinner over time, so he made the line thicker at first, and now I think it was a good decision to do that. I'm usually prone to bruising and swelling, so I was worried that the swelling wouldn't go down and I would have sausage eyes, but I could see it going down after a week. The swelling went down faster than I thought, and the line turned out the way I wanted it to! Every time I went to get disinfection or swelling laser treatment after the double eyelid surgery, or to check on my progress, the nurses were always kind and nice. I met some friends I hadn't seen in a long time, and I used to wear double eyelid tape, but they didn't even know I had double eyelid surgery.
