My pre-surgery size was 75A, LOL. I've always liked a very natural look, so even if I were to get breast augmentation, I was only thinking about breast fat grafting. But there seemed to be a problem with that? It's not that breast fat grafting is bad, but there's a side effect called calcification, which can obscure the ultrasound view when breast problems arise later, yikes yikes. Not only that, but the most important thing is breast size... If I'm going to get surgery, I should at least get a C cup, but breast fat grafting can only increase the size by about one cup, and even if I do autologous fat grafting, the size will decrease more and more depending on the engraftment rate, sob sob.
