I had nose surgery with Dr. Kim Hyung-seok at Thank You Plastic Surgery. I had Hi-Co thread removal, silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage used. I don't have any particular discomfort or foreign body sensation now. And quite a bit of time has passed, so I think all the swelling has gone down, and I've gotten used to it as if it were my original nose. After getting surgery, I definitely feel the difference between the Hi-Co procedure and nose surgery. I should have gotten surgery sooner, haha. My nose has changed beautifully from the bridge to the tip, and my features look more defined. I'm very satisfied because my impression has become more sophisticated and feminine. And my friends still compliment me every time they see me, which is great. It's amazing how the atmosphere changes depending on the angle you look at it. They say it keeps changing until the first year, so I'm curious and looking forward to what it will look like then.
