I had surgery on the bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose, and I used silicone and nasal septum cartilage. Thank You Plastic Surgery made it look natural and perfect without being excessive!! I like my nose every time I look at it because the director did my rhinoplasty so beautifully, and everyone asks me which hospital I had it done at, so I'm having happy days :-) I haven't had any discomfort since the surgery, and the swelling has gone down well, so I'm maintaining the height and shape I wanted. When I first went for a consultation, I was worried about whether to use no implants or put in a thin layer of silicone, but I think I made the right decision to do what the director said. I think I would have been less satisfied if I had done it without silicone, but I'm really satisfied because it's exactly the line I wanted ❤ And after the surgery, I'm really feeling that the center of the face is the nose area.
