-Reason for Surgery✨As you can see in the photos, I had complexes about my eyes, nose, and overall facial features. I had double eyelid surgery 3 times, but I didn't like the line and it looked stuffy. I felt so frustrated and almost went crazy when I realized I had failed again the third time. I also had a hooked nose that was small and the tip drooped too much, so I was thinking of getting my nose done if my eye surgery was successful, but I failed every time. So, I looked for a hospital that was good at both double eyelid revision surgery and rhinoplasty. -Hospital 👨‍⚕️I asked my friends and searched all the apps and cafes, and went for consultations whenever I had time. Everything seemed like a sales pitch, and I didn't really trust or feel drawn to any place, but there was one place that I liked. During the consultation with the doctor, he looked at the photos taken at the hospital and said that since this was the 4th surgery I was looking into, I must have had a hard time. He explained how he would have to perform the surgery to achieve the eyes and nose I wanted. He didn't just say it simply, but looked at my face ratio and overall facial features and explained it in detail. He explained the changes in image after the surgery and even the possible side effects in the most detail. I also asked if I needed ptosis correction, but he said that because the space between my eyebrows and eyes was narrow, ptosis correction would make it even narrower and look stuffy no matter how pretty the line was. He recommended forehead lift for my case, but said it was my choice to think about it. Also, he said that because I didn't have a completely flat nasal bridge, he could use only donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage without any implants to achieve the line I wanted. During the consultation, he looked at my face photos and drew on them while explaining, so I understood and agreed with what the doctor said. So, I decided to get a 4th revision surgery with non-incisional technique, medial epicanthoplasty, forehead lift, and no-implant rhinoplasty, and also decided to get Ultherapy lifting while I was under anesthesia hahaha. As a result, this became the last surgery of my life. -Early Stages After Surgery✨Who wouldn't have a hard time for a week after surgery... Plus, I had my eyes, nose, forehead, and skin all touched, so there was swelling and it was uncomfortable to breathe. I didn't have any pain, and exactly one week later, I was fine hahaha. As I remember, the major swelling went down in about 3 weeks to a month, and from a month onwards until now, the residual swelling has been continuously going down and it's gradually settling naturally. I wasn't anxious or crazy. I only focused on reducing the swelling haha. -Currently✨I'm living my daily life without any side effects or discomfort, and I'm doing well. I wasn't satisfied even after 3 double eyelid surgeries, but I love these eyes so much. Both eyes turned out exactly as I wanted, with a semi-out line, and because the space between my eyebrows and eyes has widened, my eyes look more refreshed and defined. The nasal bridge line also turned out well, and the drooping tip of my nose has also lifted, so it looks pretty from any angle. Not only my family but also my friends acknowledge that this surgery was successful. On top of that, the Ultherapy effect is also good. My face line has become slimmer, so people think I had surgery on my face line too haha. I really didn't think it would turn out this well because I only experienced failures, but I'm so happy with the results and I've gained a lot of confidence hahaha. They said that minor swelling can go down for up to a year, but I don't think there will be any bigger changes from here hahaha.
