First time writing a review of functional rhinoplasty revision surgery

This is the first time I'm writing a plastic surgery review, so I don't know how to start, so I'll write it casually. I had rhinoplasty a few years ago, but I was disappointed because only my nose bridge got higher, and I didn't feel a big change in terms of shape. Recently, there's been a trend of many handsome men, so I wanted to improve my appearance through revision rhinoplasty at DD Keu this time. I had surgery using silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage as the doctor recommended, and I also had functional rhinoplasty this time to solve functional problems. Except for the discomfort of not being able to wash my nose because of the cotton in my nose from right after the surgery until the first week, it was okay. I thought there would be a lot of swelling because it was revision surgery, but there was less than I expected, and the hospital treated me well. It will take a few more months to fully recover, but I'm very satisfied with the shape of my nose now, and the people around me are reacting very well because of my changed nose. My nose shape has changed, so my photos turn out well no matter how I take them, and I look more masculine. Also, I used to have a lot of stuffy noses and difficulty breathing, but this time the functional part was also resolved, so it's easier to breathe, which has improved my quality of life. I hope I can recover without any problems like now and settle into a cool nose shape. I'm sure there are people who are looking into male revision rhinoplasty and functional rhinoplasty, so I hope my review has been of some help.
