Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib Cartilage 😭

I hoped this would be my last surgery, so I got revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage 😭. I naively thought that getting rhinoplasty would simply make me prettier, and I never imagined that I would experience side effects... I ended up with contracture and redness at the tip of my nose... It was a complete mess, so I went for consultations at almost every place my acquaintances had surgery. I was diagnosed that only donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage was possible for the tip of my nose. Since I had side effects before, I wanted to use autologous rib cartilage as much as possible. I looked for places that offered autologous rib cartilage and had a consultation with the head director at Thank You Plastic Surgery and decided to have the surgery. The reason I decided on the surgery was that I was so stressed about my nose being upturned. He planned for me to receive pre-operative care before the surgery. He also said that autologous rib cartilage surgery could be done with just twilight anesthesia and that he would minimize the incision on my rib cage! (The manager also took great care of my scar management after the surgery.) The photos are out of order, but even considering that it hasn't even been a month since the surgery and there's still swelling, I'm so satisfied with the shape of my nose, which is clearly different from the before photos ㅠㅠ. I'm taking walks diligently because I want the swelling to go down quickly. I'll write a more detailed review next time when the swelling has gone down a lot! ㅎㅎㅎ
