I had a Hiko procedure a year ago, but my blunt and bumpy nasal bridge didn't improve, and it seemed to be spreading more and more, and my nose tip was low, so I was worried about rhinoplasty. I went to a few consultations and the director's consultation was good and I liked the atmosphere of the hospital, so I had no-implant rhinoplasty at Thankyou, using septal cartilage and rib cartilage from a donor for the tip after osteotomy of the dorsal hump. I was also worried about my buccal fat, jawline, and nasolabial folds, so I also had aristocratic surgery and Ultherapy after consultation. I worried a lot because the consultation styles were different at each hospital, but Director Hwang honestly consulted me about the areas I was worried about without over-treatment, and the manager was also kind, so it was good. In particular, the cost of no-implant rhinoplasty was similar to what I was expecting, so I booked and had surgery. Immediately after the surgery, it was hard to breathe because of the cotton in my nose and it felt like my mouth was burning, so it was difficult. The swelling started the next day, so I drank water and applied compresses without rest. I probably would have been annoyed if I had it done in the middle of summer because it was hot and stuffy because of my nose lol. I'm glad I did it when the weather was a bit cooler. It's been 7 days since the surgery a few days ago, so I went to the hospital to get the stitches removed, and it's almost been 2 weeks. The swelling is going down day by day as soon as I removed the stitches and splint, and I'm satisfied because the shape of my nose seems to be settling in nicely. It doesn't look artificial and looks natural because I had no-implant rhinoplasty. The smooth nasal bridge and the raised nose tip ㅎㅎ The line from the nasal bridge to the nose tip is so different from before that it looks so pretty. And I'm satisfied every time I look in the mirror because I had aristocratic surgery and Ultherapy together, so my jawline is smooth and my nasolabial folds seem to be stretched out, so the cost of the surgery is not a waste and I'm glad I had no-implant rhinoplasty. The swelling is still going down, so I guess it will become more natural without changing shape? Anyway, I thought it would be difficult to recover because I was doing no-implant rhinoplasty, aristocratic surgery, and Ultherapy all at once, but I think it's fortunate that my nose, aristocratic surgery, and Ultherapy all went well without much swelling or discomfort than I expected. I'll manage the swelling more and post a review when it changes. If you have any questions about no-implant rhinoplasty, please leave a comment and I'll share information.
