Satisfying both dorsal hump removal and functional rhinoplasty

I had rhinoplasty because I had a dorsal hump and rhinitis, which gave me a fierce impression and functional discomfort. I worked hard to find a hospital to transform into a more sophisticated and masculine image while also resolving the functional issues. While going to consultations, I felt that I could satisfy both cosmetic and functional aspects at a certain place. I had the dorsal hump slightly trimmed and proceeded with a non-implant surgery. For the tip of my nose, I used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. After the surgery, I felt how comfortable it was to breathe, resolving the functional issues. The shape of my nose also changed from uneven to smooth, making me look sharper and more sophisticated, so I'm satisfied. Even my close friends, who don't usually give compliments, praised me, saying that I looked much better after the rhinoplasty, so I'm even more glad I did it. I think there's still some residual swelling, but it will become more natural over time, right?
