I got male cosmetic nose + functional nose surgery from Dr. Hwang Sung-oh at Thank You Plastic Surgery, and it has become much more natural over time. I guess time is the answer, haha. I had a low and wide-looking nose and was struggling with nasal congestion, so I went for a nose consultation. Dr. Hwang gave me a thorough consultation and listened to my opinions, so I got nose surgery as recommended by the doctor, using silicone, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage. Both the bridge and tip of my nose turned out naturally as I wanted, so I feel good every time I look at it. My impression is definitely better than before because my nose is different, and I'm getting a lot of compliments. Most of all, I used to live with nasal congestion, but now I can breathe well through my nose, so I think I made the right decision to get surgery. I went for a nose consultation without knowing much about plastic surgery, but I am grateful to Dr. Hwang and the manager at Thank You for explaining the details of the parts I was curious about from the consultation to after the surgery.
