I didn't like my low and completely bulbous, wide-looking nose, so I looked into bulbous tip rhinoplasty and got rhinoplasty, right? But I didn't want to get alar reduction or osteotomy separately because it's dangerous. People who know, know that when you take an X-ray, your nose is just a hole, right? But I really didn't want to shave or break it ㅜ. I also really hate the incision scars from alar reduction... To be honest, when you look at reviews of bulbous tip rhinoplasty that say it looks natural and doesn't show, there wasn't a single person who didn't have alar reduction scars (that's just my preference, it's right for people who need alar reduction to do it when they get rhinoplasty!). Anyway, so I asked for a glamorous, straight nose line without alar reduction, even though my nose was low and bulbous! Dr. Kim at Thank You Plastic Surgery said that to create the look I wanted without touching my existing nose as much as possible, he would create the bridge of my nose with a custom implant, and only use the nasal septum and ear cartilage for the tip of my nose. I wanted to see the maximum effect with the minimum risk, so I got rhinoplasty according to the doctor's advice, and it's been exactly two months now!! I'm posting this so you can see what it looks like when someone with a nose like mine gets glamorous rhinoplasty without alar reduction! I'm so satisfied so far, and my only complaint is that I couldn't take care of my skin while I had the splint on, so my nose got oily...? So I've been taking care of my pores intensely since getting bulbous tip rhinoplasty ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. I'm satisfied with everything except that I have to use blotting paper more often!
