It's already been 6 months since I had donor rib rhinoplasty at Thank You Plastic Surgery. Before the surgery, my nose bridge was low and the tip of my nose was wide, so I felt that my face lacked overall dimension. Especially since I had almost no nose bridge, I was naturally recommended donor rib rhinoplasty every time I had a consultation. It felt a bit burdensome at the time, but now I can confidently say that it was a really good choice! I had silicone implant + autologous septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donor rib rhinoplasty to reinforce the tip of my nose. They explained that I definitely needed a donor rib because I had a lack of cartilage, and looking at the results now, the tip of my nose is definitely firm and the shape is neat, so I realized that Thank You Plastic Surgery is famous for rhinoplasty for a reason, haha. Now, almost all the swelling has gone down, and the line has settled naturally, so it looks completely like 'my nose'. Many people worry that donor rib rhinoplasty will look artificial, but I feel like I've achieved both naturalness and firmness at the same time! Before the surgery, I always used shading to create a nose bridge, but these days, my nose bridge is defined even without makeup, so my facial impression looks much more defined. There are many pretty angles when I take pictures, so I'm really having fun taking selfies, haha. And what's really good is that it's been 6 months and it's still being maintained naturally without any discomfort. I regret the worries I had in the past because I was unnecessarily worried about the word 'donor'. Now I'm so satisfied with my choice of rhinoplasty at Thank You Plastic Surgery. I sincerely recommend donor rib rhinoplasty to those who lack cartilage or are worried about a low nose tip like me. I'm realizing more and more as time passes how important it is for the line to be maintained for a long time and not collapse!
