How is it that I got a glamorous bulbous tip rhinoplasty while correcting my bulbous nose? It's been 3 months since I had rhinoplasty at DD! When I had bulbous tip rhinoplasty, I used 5mm of silicone for the bridge of my nose, and I used ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage for the tip of my nose. I skipped autologous rib because I was worried about pain and scarring... But this is because you have to consider the amount of cartilage that the nose itself has and the strength of the cartilage, so I recommend getting a lot of consultations!!
