I got rhinoplasty without implants for a low nose (osteotomy, alarplasty)

My face looked dull because of my blunt and low nose, so I looked for a director who is good at rhinoplasty and went around doing research. They immediately caught my style and explained it to me, so I thought, 'This is it!!' and they were so kind and sweet, so I trusted them and proceeded. I didn't want anything noticeable and wanted naturalness, so I had osteotomy and alarplasty without implants, and I used nasal septum and ear cartilage for the tip of my nose!! I also have a sense of dimension and I'm so, so satisfied. It was my first plastic surgery in my life, so I was worried a lot, but I'm relieved that the results came out well according to the design that the director did!! Swelling management is my responsibility, so I tried to take a lot of walks and refrain from spicy and salty foodsㅠㅠ I'm so happy these days because I can manage my skin and try various styles because I want to look prettier since I had surgery and became prettier, haha.
