got a boob job at 30 - no regrets so far

Always had small boobs that deflated even more after losing weight. Finally got implants at 30 after thinking about it forever. Here's my experience.

Chose silicone implants, 350cc, under the muscle. Doc helped me pick a size using those sizer things in a bra - so helpful. Wanted to go from flat A to a full C and that's exactly what I got.

Surgery was about 2 hours. Woke up feeling like an elephant was sitting on my chest. First 3-4 days were rough - couldn't lift my arms much, slept on my back propped up, needed help with basic stuff. My boyfriend had to wash my hair for me lol.

By week 2 I was moving around more normally but still sore. The implants sat really high at first - like weird chest lumps. Apparently they "drop and fluff" over time which is the weirdest phrase ever but it's real.

Now at 5 months they've settled and look so natural. Soft, natural movement, you can't tell they're implants. The scars under my boobs are fading. I actually have cleavage now for the first time in my life??

Best money I ever spent honestly. I feel so much more confident. Clothes fit better. Swimsuit shopping isn't depressing anymore.

Downside - they might need replacing in 10-15 years. I'll deal with that when I get there.
