- Reason for Breast Augmentation: Tired of wearing push-up bras every day and hated the sweat in the summer, so I only 고민ed about breast augmentation for 10 years. As I got older, my elasticity decreased, and my small but perky breasts sagged and looked too flat... I decided to do it before I got even older! - Reason for Choosing Melon Plastic Surgery Clinic: It was a breast specialist clinic with a single female doctor. The reviews were good, and there were many reviews with breast shapes that were my style. Hospitalization was possible, and I liked that they gave the M* box, so I chose them because I liked everything overall. - Start of Detailed Day-by-Day Review~~ Immediately After Surgery: I woke up on the operating table, and my breasts hurt so much that I complained to the nurse... And I was hospitalized for one day. The middle part of my chest hurt the most (they say everyone hurts there because that's where they create the cleavage). Waking up from anesthesia was the hardest ㅠㅠ I felt nauseous ㅠㅠ They originally give you porridge, but I felt too nauseous and didn't eat it, I just slept. I couldn't sleep soundly and woke up in the middle of the night. Dr. Kim Ju-won came twice to ask if I was in pain and to tell me how the surgery went, which was touching... I could feel that she cared about her patients. Day 1 After Surgery: Woke up around 7:30 am. I felt much better than yesterday. But they gave me an antibiotic shot again in the morning, and I felt nauseous again ㅠ This was the hardest part.... I took some breaths and was told I could eat porridge in the morning, so I asked for some and ate it little by little. It was delicious. I was able to get up on my own (it took some time and was a bit difficult), go to the bathroom, brush my teeth (carefully, of course), and wash my face (roughly). It was a bit difficult to breathe, but they removed the compression bandage on day 1, which made it easier to breathe. Dr. Kim came and showed me how to wear the compression band and checked my condition! Day 1 After Discharge: I couldn't pull the door open, so I had to push it open with my body. I felt like my upper body was swelling, and I felt heat in my chest. I felt more pain and heaviness in the evening, which made me feel like my neck and shoulders were rounding even more, so I tried to keep my posture straight. Day 2 After Surgery: I couldn't sleep deeply and kept dreaming. It doesn't hurt as much as I thought? I don't have chest pain, just discomfort from being swollen and tight... I've seen so many reviews saying it hurts, so maybe that's why. The anesthesia has worn off, so I feel a bit better. I even walk around a little. Day 3 After Surgery: It's too heavy to lie completely flat, so I sleep propped up, which makes me wake up early. My shoulders keep making noise. I don't have pain, just swelling and heavy breasts. I can tie my hair up and raise my arms to some extent, but not all the way. I think I can wash my hair, but I'm worried about the axillary incision area, so I get my hair washed at the salon. I feel the most swollen. The pressure on my chest is considerable. Day 4 After Surgery: The swelling feels similar. The swelling in my stomach feels less than yesterday. I drove. I can't turn the steering wheel all the way at once when parking or turning the wheel a lot, so I struggle and have to turn it several times. I met a friend and moved around a bit, so I kept hearing gurgling sounds. I felt anxious on my own... I even stopped doing the dishes because I kept hearing gurgling sounds. Day 5 After Surgery: My butt hurts so much because my sleeping position is uncomfortable. It feels numb ㅠㅠ But I mostly lie down to sleep. I woke up a few times in the early morning, but not much today. I feel the most swollen when I wake up today? The compression bra and top band felt tight and painful. I went to work for the first time on day 5. It's getting hotter, so I sweat when I move ㅠㅠ My arms aren't very free, so I move in slow motion. My posture is constantly hunched and stiff, so my trapezius muscles feel stiff, and my shoulders hurt. My upper body feels stiff. I want to stretch and feel refreshed ㅠㅠ I'm not pooping well. I used to poop every day, but today was the first time I pooped, and it wasn't satisfying.
