I opted for an inframammary incision because I wanted a quick recovery. The surgery was truly painless (I was genuinely surprised! I was watching Netflix in my hospital room that day). The only discomfort after surgery was difficulty sleeping for about two weeks. After that, I had no issues. I was able to drive and lift my arms without problems. I gradually resumed exercising after 3 months, starting with badminton, then Pilates, and swimming. Activities that require arm strength, like climbing or going to clubs, were impossible, haha... ㅠㅠ I could barely do a pull-up when I hit the 6-month mark last month. Having implants does make my breasts swell and become more painful before my period compared to before, but whenever I'm concerned, I contact the clinic or visit for a check-up, and they assure me there's no problem. They say it's a natural phenomenon and will gradually subside after a year.
