I was worried about the pain before the surgery, so I only hesitated. But when I went for a consultation, the consultant spoke so responsibly about the director's skills that I was 50% decided. After meeting the director in person, I was 100% sure and booked the surgery date for the same day! Also, I felt more comfortable because she is a female director. I told them that I have an alcohol allergy and trauma from surgery rooms, and they promised to take extra care so I wouldn't be scared. I've often had a bad experience at other hospitals, but everyone at Melon, including the director, consultant, and staff, was so kind and attentive, which was great.
