I've always been concerned about my small bust compared to my tall height. I wanted to start my 30s with a new look, so my wish came true ><. Why didn't I do it sooner? ㅠ. I spent months researching and then I really liked Melon when I came for my first consultation, so I booked an appointment right away, haha. Dr. Kim Ju-won listens to patients' stories with kindness, the consultation manager is always friendly, and the nurses take care of everything meticulously. They're all the best. Below are the things I felt during the first week after surgery, and I'll be back with more reviews. Now that it's been a month, I'm living my daily life with almost no discomfort >.<
——————————————————————————-
Day 1) When I woke up, I felt stiffness rather than pain. Gradually, my chest and back became stiff, and I felt a throbbing sensation in my chest. The stiffness increased when I moved. Throbbing in the upper right chest (probably because the implant is bigger). I slept lightly at night because the IV fluid wasn't going in well and it hurt a bit.
Day 2) Discharged. Found bruising from auxiliary breast removal. Bruising on the outer chest and lower outer part. No big difference in pain. I had sensation in the inner part of the nipple, but only 20-30% in the outer part. I was tired and slept all day.
Day 3) Tape removed. I felt better, maybe because I was getting used to it. I couldn't get up right away when I woke up, I had to adjust a bit before getting up. My upper chest throbbed a bit.
Day 4) Couldn't go for a walk because it was raining. I felt a tingling sensation in my right nipple.
Day 5) Went for a short walk and to a cafe. It's almost no longer difficult to get up after sleeping. The swelling seems to have gone down a lot. I felt something heavy on my chest. I felt something bubbling in my right breast.
Day 6) Most active day, driving, went to Costco. No problem driving except when I had to turn the steering wheel a lot. The shaking of the car didn't affect me. I felt a pulling sensation in my chest when I walked.
Day 7) Went for a walk. Sometimes bubbling, the area around the surgery itched. I think I'm getting used to the pressure I feel when I walk? Less uncomfortable. Sensation is still 20-30% in the lower outer part of both sides. Bruising is generally healing.
Day 8) Hospital visit. No problem taking the subway. Stitches removed, can shower. Don't rub the surgical area too hard. Hilite laser + breast pack for 20 minutes. Checked if I had any discomfort, palpation. Still have to wear the compression bra upper band. Next visit scheduled for next week! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
