I visited the hospital at 4 weeks and received scar laser treatment from the doctor, talked about any discomfort in my breasts, and made an appointment to visit again in 2 months because the progress was good~!
For the 4-week check-up, I received scar laser treatment for about 3 seconds (?) and CAPS for about 40 minutes!
I felt a tingling sensation during the CAPS treatment (I heard that's normal)
I heard that the breasts become a little softer after receiving CAPS, but I didn't feel a big change.
The manager told me that I can now sleep on my side and finally drink alcohol, so I was so happy!
She told me to apply the Contratubex gel that she gave me every morning and evening, so I started scar management in earnest!
Actually, I was a little worried about the scars in the 2-3 week, but she told me that it's a time when the scars are coming up, so it's uncomfortable and worrying, but don't do anything and wait!
I think it's more helpful to apply the ointment after the time when the scars are coming up has passed.
The time I'm writing this is when 5 weeks have passed, and I'm currently doing well without any major discomfort.☺️
I've never felt that my breasts are heavy, but my body is naturally bending over without me knowing it.
❤️Dr. Kim Juwon told me to stretch well, but I was actually too scared to move, so I couldn't do it.
I think I need to maintain a good posture while stretching so that my breasts will settle in more beautifully.
I also had my axillary breasts removed, so I sometimes feel a pull in my armpit area~
But it gets a little more comfortable when I stretch it gently.
When I touch or rub my breasts, they still feel firm.
Approximately.. the outer 20-30% is soft, but the inside feels firm?
I'm looking forward to how it will feel when it softens over time.
