I had surgery for a broken nose when I was young, but I didn't like the bridge of my nose and wanted to improve it aesthetically, so I decided to have surgery. The bridge of my nose is low and the tip of my nose is upturned, so my nostrils are visible, so I wanted to improve this part as well. He also explained in detail the surgical method and what the nose shape would look like afterwards, and I also liked the fact that he would continue to check the progress after the surgery, so I decided to have surgery with the doctor. After the surgery, the bruising and swelling were less severe than I expected, so I think I recovered quickly. After the swelling went down to some extent, the bridge of my nose was raised as much as I wanted, and the doctor also did columella lowering, so the tip of my nose was corrected, which I like. I used autologous rib cartilage, and I wasn't too worried about scars from the beginning, but the scars are smaller than I thought, so I don't think other people need to worry too much.
