Got epicanthoplasty and im crying (happy tears)

Posting this cuz i wish there were more real reviews when i was researching. I got epicanthoplasty (inner corner cut) about 6 weeks ago.

I have pretty small eyes and they looked really close together because of the inner corner fold thing. Always felt like my eyes were too narrow. Saw a bunch of before/afters online and thought it could help.

Consult was quick - doc basically said yeah this would open up your eyes more and make them look bigger. Showed me on a photo edit thing what it could look like. Seemed good so I booked it.

Surgery was SHORT. Like maybe 40 mins? It's a pretty small procedure compared to other eye stuff. Just local numbing, felt some pressure but no pain. Walked out of there feeling fine honestly.

Healing was easy compared to what i expected. Inner corners were red and a bit crusty for like a week (gross sorry lol). Stitches came out on day 5. By week 2 you could barely tell I had anything done except my eyes looked... better? Bigger?

Now the redness at the inner corners is almost completely gone. My eyes look so much more open and awake. Makeup is easier too - eyeliner looks way better now.

Seriously one of the best decisions. Quick surgery, easy recovery, big difference.
