I had 34H boobs. Not fun. Constant back pain, shoulder grooves from bra straps, couldn't exercise properly, nothing fit right. Insurance actually covered my reduction because it was medically necessary.

Surgery was about 4 hours. They removed almost 2 pounds from each side (!!!). Woke up with drains and wrapped up tight but even through all that I felt LIGHTER. It was immediate relief.

Recovery was definitely more intense than I expected. The drains were annoying, couldn't shower properly for a week, slept propped up for like 3 weeks. Stitches everywhere. But honestly the back pain being GONE made it all worth it.

By month 2 I was back at the gym. I could actually RUN for the first time since high school. Went from 34H to 34D and it's perfect. My posture improved almost immediately.

Yes there are scars - the anchor shape under and around my boobs. They're fading but still visible. I couldn't care less honestly. Would take scars over chronic pain any day.

Now 8 months post op and I literally forget I ever had giant boobs. This surgery gave me my life back. If you're suffering with huge breasts PLEASE look into this. It's not vanity it's quality of life.
